In India the Value Added Services, including messaging, mobile internet, social networking and mobile payments, stood at Rs 16,650 crore in 2009. It is expected to cross Rs 21,940 crore this year. With 3G, revenue will double for the prominent and upcoming players from VAS segment.

Major mobile advertisers are expected from Banking, Travel and Auto Industry. Mobile Ad network will be a significant medium to communicate and attract consumer attention in rural and urban India.
Mobile Web will slowly and steadily dictate marketing strategies for different product and services. Mobile applications too guage future success.
